this is opening late 2006, but still worth mentioning. "Children from Men" is what i want to see. it stars clive owens and julianne moore. here's the storyline:
In 2027, in a chaotic world in which humans can no longer procreate, a former activist agrees to help transport a miraculously pregnant woman to a sanctuary at sea, where her child's birth may help scientists save the future of humankind.
it sounds really gloomy, and it probably is at first, but the idea, concept are really interesting and new. the trailer (link below) is really good and makes it more about a movie of hope, so i recommend checking it out.
