If you subscribed to the group's email, you can email them and say you want to be unsubscribed from their email list. If they are spamming you, then have their email address blocked from your inbox. How you do that depends on what kind of email program you are using. On Yahoo mail, you click the email and then mark it as spam.

Simply mark that email from a sender as spam. Then all e-mails from that sender will be forwarded to your spam mail.

Add them on your spam list. i.e.
"AFA Action Alert!"
Then you go to options, and then click on spam. Add the email address to the list.

click the spam button it will foward it to your trask and after a time they will get tired if it contunies report it to yahoo harassment department. , my opion?
