The condition you describe is a vaginal inflammation symptom only, referring only to the whitish discharge itself. It is a symptom and not a disease. That is not to say you do not have a problem because something is causing it to happen. It may be occuring because you are pregnant, in which case it is not a problem at all for the most part. It could also be caused by a vaginal infection, a yeast infection or a trichimonas infection. Both are easily treated with the proper medications, but each requires a different kind of treatment to get rid of the problem. Only a doctor can do the examination required to determine why you have the problem and treat you properly.
If it is caused by a vaginal infection, with proper treatment you can be cured within a week. Once the doctor has determined what caused the infection, he or she can give you instructions to help avoid the problem in the future. Primarily both can be avoided through changes in hygiene practice, use of cotton underpants, and the like. In the meantime, until you are properly treated and cured, you need to avoid sexual contact with anyone else, as it will spread the problem to your partner.
There is no need to be embarassed to go see the doctor for this problem. It is not a "venereal disease" in the sense that gonorhea and syphillis are. It is a common problem for many women, and many women suffer from it on a regular basis. After the gyn exam, the doctor will be able to identify the cause of the problem with a simple swab and look under a microscope. Within half an hour at most, you can have the proper medicine in hand to treat it, and feel much more comfortable within a day. I am not aware of any homeopathic or "natural" cures that are effective once the infections are in full bloom. There are some natural things that you can use in future to help avoid the problem occuring, but not effective in treating them when they do. Go see the doctor, that's my best advice.

OK First off the spelling is Leukorrhea. There are alot of different things that can cause this. You need very badly to go to your GYN so he can find out what caused it and that way he will know the right way to treat it. If you would like to speak privately and I can go into a lot more detail for you and maybe help figure out what has caused it, I can be reached at mfroeh@yahoo.com. I am very sorry you are going thru this......

I assume you got this diagnosis from a doctor, right? Go back to the Doctor and ask what exactly you have and what exactly can be done about it. Forget the homeopathic medicine. Get to your Doctor...now!

Which one did you try, because there are several! Try some of these: Amaranth is considered an excellent home remedy for leucorrhoea. The rind of the root of this plant should be rubbed in 25 ml of water. then strain it and drink it daily in the morning as well as in the evening. The root of this plant is, however, very susceptible to moths, so be careful! Here's another one:Mango seeds. A teaspoon of the paste of the decorticated (means to remove the outer layer) kernel of mango can be applied inside the vagina with beneficial results. Try them out, I know they sound a little weird but they work!! Eat lots of fruit and drink lots of fruit juice for about a week to get the toxins out of your system. Good luck!

Leukorrhea is a white or yellowish mucous discharge from vagina. This is generally normal unless the mucous changes in amount, color, consistency, odor or is bloody. If this is something that concerns you, you should see your GYNE.
