i bought the tub of nivea cream, and everytime i put it on, its thick on my fingers, but then feels like water on my face, and clumps of cream get stuck to my face and i can't rub it out! its like i mixed water and cream together, but it doesn't look wet. this has never happened before....

Check the expiration date on the cream. Another possibility, is the weather extremely cold or hot? It might make the cream clump up,or spoil it. If you just bought it, you can return it.

facial creams should rinse off very easily with water. And should look somewhat wet and/or foamy when mixed with water. Maybe you should try another facial cleansing/beautifying cream.

No. You either bougth the bootleg version that was made in Mexico, or an old product.

I think you should take it back where you bought it and get an exchange. Sounds like something's wrong with it.
