Yeah the car seat will fit, especially if it's a booster seat. Just make sure you put it in the corner, where the shoulder belt is... wait, do the newer rangers still have the side facing back seats? My 93 ranger did. Regardless, Just keep in mind that any small extended cab truck will not give any child lots of leg room.. they grow up quick!!

Call the local ford dealer and ask. I'm shure it will fit.
Most bench seats will accept a car seat. the bucket seats will not

they do have the rear seat belts but I'm not really sure on the child seat part of it,you can call any local dealership,and they can tell you for sure if they will,id say from looking at one that you could,but id be sure before i bought one,good luck i hope this help,s.

One thing I will tell you about the ranger, is it is totally useless in the winter. Their rearends are too light. My friend sold hers because she couldn't keep it on the road when it was icy. But it depends where you live as far as weather.
