I had a accident.
No injuries.. But I do have permit but also my permit was at my home. I think that was all my fault. Me and other driver is everythign fine but cars are broken. I don't care about my ca,r but I'm wondering that her car's front was crashed by my car. She just got a big damage at her front part.
I have no license or insurance and I am just 17 years old.
But the thing that Im worrying are I did not have permit on me and also I did not have my school ID so I got nothing to show to the police officer.
My permit is going to be expired after 1 week.
How much I will cost?
And for my mom, the police officer said it is my mom's fault.
Because he said " you must be with him.", and "he cannot drive with the person who is over 25 years and has a license.
What will happen? please tell me
Im from Korea. So I do not know what will happen to me and my mom please tell me anything about this car accident.
Thank You.

are you typing this from the accident scene? or did you hit and run (since you haven't seen the cop yet an' all)... not smart kid. you're just gona get fined, your mom'll have to go to court with you, you'll get your permit revoked and won't be able to get your licence for a year or two or three, you'll have to pay for the damages yourself... out of your pocket since you didn't have insurance... and i have no idea how much a new licence costs, but after this scam here you won't be able to get a new one for a while anyways, so you'll have plenty of time to figure that out. anyway good luck to ya.

You have to have insurance. But, since you are 17, your mom will probably be responsible. A permit is not a license. You have to stick to the rules when you are that young because the Department of Motor Vehicles makes things difficult for young drivers. Don't drive again without insurance.
