I hear that walking is the best. Don't do anythign too strenious or thigns that require a lot of bouncing and hip swaying like skiing or horse back riding. So far walking is the best. You could probably do some pregnancy pilates. A local fitness store should have the tapes. it's great that you want to keep yourself in control and make sure you stay healthy for you and baby!
Good Luck!!

I got this from a website but the most important thing is, you MUST talk to your doctor before starting to exercise! Start gradually. Even 5 minutes a day is a good start if you've been inactive. Add 5 minutes each week until you reach 30 minutes. Dress comfortably in loose-fitting clothes and wear a supportive bra to protect your breasts. Drink plenty of water to avoid overheating and dehydration. Skip your exercises if you're sick. Opt for a walk in an air-conditioned mall on hot, humid days. Above all, listen to your body.

Yahoo Answers is not the place to be soliciting exercise advice for during pregnancy. Talk to your doctor. None of us know if you are having a normal pregnancy, a high-risk pregnancy, complications, etc. Your doctor can tell you what is safe for YOU during your pregnancy.
