Vitamin dilemma?

I am taking One A Day Weight Smart vitamins, but I just got a new fash wash system from Arbonne called Clear Advantage and it came with a bottle of vitamins to take. So...can I take them both? The new vitamins have vitamin A (100%), B6 (1250%), Zinc (100%), Pantothenic acid (150%), L-Lysine, and something called Arbonne's proprietary herbal blend (yellow dock, burdock, and sarsparilla). The One-A-Days also have vitamin A (50%), B6 (125%) , Zinc (100%), and Pantothenic acid (125%). The One-A-Days are obviously taken once a day and the Clear Advantages are twice a day. Is that overkill? Should I just finish out the Weight Smarts or should I start taking the vitamins that go with my face wash stuff? I want the face stuff to work...I don't know. Help me out. :)

I would consult with a pharmacist, before doing anything else. Most, if called even, will help you. Or, call your doc and ask them if it would be ok to take both, or just not take the prescribed one at all (since the one-a-day has it in it already). Chances are, it will take longer to get an answer from the doc then it would the pharmacist, though.

Personally, I would take the ones prescribed as prescribed, and either hold off on the one-a-days until after the med is gone, or only take the one-a-days every few days to once a week, since they do have more in them then the prescribed ones.

as far as taking the right vitamins, go look at a comparative guide for nutritional suppliments... I actually sell the vitamins that have the best rating. (one a days have a very very very low rating) and, after time, all the antioxidants in the vitamins usually help clear up your skin... any breakouts after that are pretty much caused by eating junk food. if you want to know more info just email me at [e-mail] and i can help you out!
