First, drink plenty of water. Also, go to te store and buy a few bottles of the colorless, flavorless pedialite. Drink, and drink. The stuff is nasty. So, its gonna be horrible, but it;ll help. Trus me. You're really low on fluids and electriltes. Also, drinking a lot of water and pedialite will help flush the rest of it out.

Good luck. I hope you get to feeling better.

You may have irritated the lining of your intestines, and they need to heal. Go on the BRAT diet for a few days. That is bananas, rice, applesauce and toast. Yes, I know it may be boring, but those foods are very easy to digest. It's what is recommended when a person is getting over the flu and needs to stay on bland food.

Drink a lot of water, because you are probably dehydrated. If you don't feel better soon, see a doctor.

I guess you know you should never do this again!

Girl, you don´t play with laxatives because if you get used to them, one day your bowels will paralize and then you will be doomed , relly it happened to my cousin and she had to have surgery , she almost died. So I recomendo you go to a doctor because after the effects of the laxatives pass you may not be able to go poping for a long while.
