Is it safe to put any kind of make-up on baby's under 1 year old.
Just wondering if any of you parents have before {for halloween}
and if you had any problems.

Well my daughter is 9 months old and has a little cow costume...its like a sleeper kinda...I was just thinking about maybe painting the tip of her nose black...but I guess it might be a bad idea!

It's safe as long as you use a non-toxic make-up for kids.
I would also use it sparingly.. I have made up my kids' faces with whiskers and noses, or small shapes on their cheeks. Then I used baby cream to take it off.

I haven't and still wouldn't....she's too young. Wait another year. There are so many cute outfits out there for children 1 year and under. Happy 1st Halloween Rylee.... =)

I definitely wouldn't put make-up on a baby. When they rub their faces it'll get in their eyes and mouth. Plus they have such sensitive skin, you could cause an allergic reaction. Babies are so beautiful, why would anyone even want to cover that perfect little face anyway?

My son was a baby spiderman when he was 10 months old, it was cute, but I wouldn't put make up on them, I doubt they'll like it,lol.

As long as you make sure to get a non-toxic kind, I don't think there would be a problem. My son likes to rub on his face, so I wouldn't use any on him. He'd be sure to smear it everywhere.

Their is special kind of make up for babies.its located where all the baby costumes are.I tries it and I didn't have any problems.

Watch what you use - try Crayola washable markers to just paint that little nose with.
