You can definitely conceive with only one tube. And it is NOT true that your ovaries take turns each month. Only they know which side is going to release the egg in any given month. I myself have only one good tube. I have both but my left is damaged and I have ovulated on my right side for the past 3 months. Unfortunately we timed the ovulation wrong so we didn't bed at the right times. But my doctor said I could definitely get pregnant with just the one. Hope this helped, good luck ttc

My best friend got a reversal and ended up with a tubal that ruptured her tube. She got pregnant a couple of months later on that remaining tube.

OH Yes! My sister in law didn't think she could get pregnant at all, then came one. My brother joked that he got one past the goalie. Then less than a year later they had baby number two. So I'd say definitely, chances to conceive only come every other month though!

Yes... it will be a bit harder, but yes. Your eggs drop from opposite ovaries usually every month... you can sometimes tell which one is ovulating because you might get a slight cramp on that side about mid-month. Just keep trying! See your OB-Gyn to make sure everything else is okay!!
