Wow the first answerer has not business answering graphics card questions. This card is not high end by any definition of the word high end, if you tried to run Quake 4 on this card you might actually be able to hear the card crying in pain. Now it should be able to handle Rollercoaster Tycoon as that is not too intensive, and I don't exactly know what nfsu2 is, but this is not a high end card. Also don't listen to the nVidia guy, both brands are equally good. The price is decent however, if you want a better card let give me an email.

Absolutely, This video card is perfect for playing those kind of games, 256MB is the standard size video card now days. It is extremely high end, and can handle millions of games, including high graphic games like: Half life 2, Battle Front 2, Quake 4, The Elder Scrolls Oblivion.

You could eBay it for a lower price(possibly) or you could use the trusted tigerdirect. Also try Compuvest.com

Nvidia is better. I got my 7600GS for AU$214, it plays pretty much anything I can throw at it. But keep in mind throwing games at your video card might damage it.

Go with a Nvidia.
