It's no problem. I drove with one on my car for 2 weeks and drove 100 miles a day. Four days will be no problem. It is not recommended that you drive faster than 45 or 55 MPH, something like that. But, In my experience, I drove normally on a 4 lane highway. They do make noise however. But, don't be afraid of it. It's normal.

If you have a front wheel drive and the donut is on the front you can damage the transmission if you do any extended driving. If you have a rear wheel drive car and the donut is on the rear you can damage the rear differential. If the tire is on the rear of a front wheel drive or the front of a rear wheel drive the main concern is how well the donut holds up. Make sure there is proper air pressure in the donut.

you should drive it long enough to get to a tire store, that's it. It's not meant to be a fix, just an extra so you dont have to drive with three tires (kinda wobbly) and the fastest you should go is 80km, because it is much smaller than the other tires, and you are more likely to lose control of the car at higher speeds.

it's not so much how many days but how much driving. Most service manuals will tell you a donut is only good for about 100 miles.

Drive Slow... If you drive a ton every day, I would not wait for 4 days.

You should be able to but it is not recommended. They say you shouldn't drive any farther than 50 miles on one at any given time and that you shouldn't exceed 50 miles per hour. I drove on one for a month before it blew out on me. BE CAREFUL!

yes, if you are not doing any highway driving, I would be ok with it. Like just some in town driving and not a big city driving, I would think be ok.

Just make sure the air isn't low and it should then last for a while
