x/o is undefined.

In this case, what x stands for?
Anything, or something or everything.

I think x stands for anything & 0 stands for nothing.

I need to know - what x exactly stands for.

think deep....x is equal to any number...even zero because if you divide 0 by 0 then it is almost like saying 1 but how could u even divide nothing by nothing and get something

ive heard some argue that 0/0 is one because they are the same integer but its not true

its almost like when some people say .9999repeating is equal to one...its true if you put the number in fraction form but its just so confusing

Unless I am mistaken, X could be anything.
X/0 or X divided by zero is an impossibility. It does not mater what number is divided by 0, there is no answer. Because of this, computer give a division by zero error, but math books must say the formula is bogus, nonsense.

x probably stands for any number. Any number divided by 0 is undefined.

x stands for a number that you do not have. If you do not know what 7+g= then you can write x to show you dont know the answer because you dont know what g is. execpt 7g

you are right about x and you are right about 0..Algebraic division can only be done with a non zero denominator and thus x/0 has no meaning.
