His attitude. He can be the most gorgeous guy in the world but if he "knows" it and thinks he's God's gift he is very unattractive. Not to say he shouldn't have self-confidence but that's very different.
And a warm, genuine smile!

When I look at a man The first thing i look at is their built, whether they are muscular, or fat, then I check out their clothes, then their hair, and smile, then their facial hair, I like a man with that thin razor look around their jaw, "HOT", Then body language. If their and lady's man, a punk, or an a s s-hole

The first think i notice about a man is whether or not he has kissable lips. The have to be just right for kissing.

The first thing I notice is his smile. If a person values themself then they take care of themself. White straight teeth are a turn on for me!

Definately his smile. A beautiful, healthy smile shows that a man really takes care of himself. Good oral hygeine is a total turn on.

Hair. Then I notice the eyes and their grooming habits. You can tell alot about a person just by observing them and their body language.

Well i see their eyes they could say a lot with what expressions they show. If they are those kinds of guys who just are trying to see what girl has the biggest as then he is dumb.

I notice what they're wearing, and their hair. It's not too shallow because they're both things that can be changed!
