There are two ways I can think of for one to be "psychic". First and most obviously is to actually be able to see into the future and read people's minds through some form of super- or extrasensory perception. As far as anybody seems to be able to determine, there is no such form of psychic activity.
The other way I can think of deals with sensory knowledge processed in an intuitive manner to reach insights our conscious mind is incapable of. We might have heard or seen something and thought nothing of it. However, our minds constantly churn our experiences over, perhaps randomly, to try to find some sort of pattern to it all. How we can recognize voices and faces is a function of our pattern-recognition. Our brains might also be tricked into percieving patterns too, into seeing shapes in clouds.
Meanwhile, our memories are under constant reevaluation. All the events we percieve are recorded in our minds, but we cannot and probably should not want to remember everything consciously. Nonetheless, our minds might jump to conclusions based on what we've experienced. For example, we might have noted the weather, the job market, the price of gas, and millions of other factors, and our unconscious mind would surmise that a long-lost friend is likely to visit. So, we think of the friend, without having any conscious reason why, and then a few days later think we must have been able to see the future, when all along we only saw the past and present and intuitively concluded the inevitable.
What I like about this second theory is that it works within the bounds of physics as we understand them and our very limited understanding of the human brain, and still allows for an explanation that includes the possibility of "superhuman" cognition.
As to practice of either of these possible psychic abilities, I would simply suggest allowing your intuition to work and not second-guessing yourself. Go with your gut, as it were, and you might be better able to listen more closely next time.

I wouldn't say I was psychic as such but i get "bad feelings" that 99% of the time turn out to be right. Sometimes I "see" things in my head and something like it happens a lot. I also get a lot of deja vu, its very strange.
Definitely got some sort of sixth sense. People think I'm spooky because I end other people's sentences or say what they are thinking all the time as if I've "read" their mind. Don't exactly know what it is though.

I believe the spirit can reach very far away, like when I think of someone completely absent from my life for years or months, and 2-3 days later they appear out of nowhere.Or a friend telling me what song I have in my mind even thought I heard it days ago and never sang it/mentionned it.
the spirit is strong. You just have to believe in it,and wonderful/terrible things can happen.Sometimes I answer to people before they ask me their next question.Maybe that isjust psychology, but still,it is weird.

Yes I am. You need to learn to use more of you brain. To some it comes natural, but most can be taught. Look up Jose Sylvia.
