becos i have been doing it 4 quite some time ,and i dont find much of a difference!!.only good thing is i dont get a hunch back

Yes it does. You may not notice a difference in yourself, but if you really into it with sincereity and good intention to balance your mind, body and soul it will work. I'll bet others have noticed a difference in you. We don't see changes in ourself. So ask someone who is not so close to you and I'll bet you will be pleasantly surprised by the answer.

You have to learn about various types of yoga before selecting the one which is suitable to you. meditation is altogether a different thing. you cannot meditate unless you have cleared another four steps earlier to it. Those who have not done it just pretend to meditate There are certain common yoga postures which when practised for 1/2 an hour every day will give good relaxation and vigour too the body. The most useful are a) sirasasana(standing on the head for 10 Mt's
Sarvangasana (whole body balanced of the shoulders with head and neck flat on the ground)
Pranayaama, of different types each for a minute or two.
at the end of it you will feel completely relaxed.
Don't get into the funda of meditation. It is very difficult and requires great mental control.

Yoga keeps your body in good shape and control.
By meditating, you will get freshness of mind and you'll be able to get relieved of stress you undergo at times.

Turmeric powder and otherAyurvedic
materials are very powerful. Sometimes you will feel the result only after some days or months. But it is very very effective

yoga is useful thing for your body chemistry,keep doing it , but u you must relaxing and you will feel that you better

it helps you to relax, which is good for your mind. it also helps you body by building & stretching the muscles. perhaps you aren't doing it correctly, or your instructor/video isn't very good or challenging enough.
