we know that doubt exists, so if we can doubt, than we exit as well. this is a confusing statement, but it makes sence.

we know that truth exists and is not an illusion. If truth didn't exist the statement truth doesn't exist would be untrue as well. The proof is in the putting. We live as though life is not an illusion. I am not going to poke my head through a glass window because I know pain is no illusion. I live as though reality exists.

That's deep. You should ask it in the philosophy section (Descartes, empiricism, phenomenology, not to mention the guy with the simulation theory, Baudrillard). I just wanted to say hi in order to prove you that I exist.
I gather it'll be difficult to persuade you, though.

What you see is not what a bee sees for example. We only see the visible light spectrum of light and not infrared or ultraviolet frequencies or others....
If i was not alive i'd be a rotting peice of meat sitting on my chair...lol
