First things first. Once you master licking your elbow with the arm removed, you'll be able to tackle the trickier "arm attached" lick. It's the natural progression.

The only way you can is to break it and I don't think you want to do that.
Unless you take a picture of your arm and lick the picture.
Or buy someone else's arm. hen it would be yours and you could lick it.
Or you could buy a prosthetic arm and lick t before you wear it.
Is this a trick question????

Cut the tendons holding your tongue to the bottom of your mouth, and dislocate your shoulder.
That is, if you REALLY want to lick your elbow that much.

I can lick mine. Most people think that you need a long tongue, however I think that my long neck is the main key to my success.
