Cult-feminism is the term I give to the manipulation of logic and truth to lie.

For example: "Stop violence against women' is a half-truth that polarizes the real issue of abuse. The model should read, "STOP THE ABUSE OF MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN" Cult feminists employ the deceptive part-of-the-truth that has divided Americans.

While Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice is a very well educated person, 'education' is part of the problem, as most people of the last 30 years have been 'educated' to believe these malicious half-truths.

While we must concerned with all politicians, what really is behind this Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, and the war in the Middle East that has cost American people many lives.

I Afghanistan, 489 coalition deaths, in Iraq there has been been 3,004 coalition deaths, 2,770 Americans, consisting of 2,649 men and 57 women. Not to mention the over 400,000 civilans, men, women and children.

The devil wins !

Hi,

Whilst I do not think you can lay the blame of the war on feminism and Condollezza Rice was not in her job at the start of the war if I remember correctly, I do think you have half stumbled on to a real problem in society.

The problem is actually deeper than feminism. The problem is relativism. This ancient doctrine re-emerged in the guise of post-modernism. Although fundamentally invalid it has become popular with those 'educated' people who lack the rigour of proper critical thought.

This situation was made worse by an education policy adopted after the war, faced with the prospect of women returning from war duties unwilling to resettle to their former lives the British government instigated a new Degree in English. This academic level of this subject was made deliberately low, to accommodate the large numbers of women that were expected to study it. Soon it became politicised along Marxist/feminist/post-modern lines and today is a kind of second rate philosophy course yet lacking the intellectual rigour and insight of philosophy.

This kind of thinking is rife within feminist thought, how many times have I heard feminists peddle some sleazy argument, that is thinly disguised misandrony (irrational fear and hatred of men) and which relies on contradictory premises that equality means that there are no essential differences between men and woman and that women should be treated differently because of some essential difference between them and men.

So, it is incoherent and sloppy thinking and the rhetoric that has developed as a result that is to blame

Oh, honestly. Condoleza Rice wasn't Secretary of State when the war started, Colin Powell was. All of the decision-makers were MEN.
LYING is the term I give to the manipulation of logic and half-truths. Most of us would like to stop violence, but violence against women in everyday life is much more prevalent. Do you know why no one makes a stink when the media describes a school shooter as a gunman? Because it's always a man, and the victims are overwhelmingly female. Of course, in wartime, the deaths are skewed because the military is a longstanding male-dominated organization.
Thanks for the 2 points. I know you won't pay attention to the answers because no theory is more unassailable than a conspiracy theory--every bit of evidence to the contrary is just part of the conspiracy.

No. Feminism has nothing to do with it. It is a power struggle between dozens of warring factions (US is just one of many) for the future of the Middle East. It won't be over in our lifetimes. It may never end.

Nope, die hard Republicans who buy into the baloney of "if you don't agree with the prez you're anti-American" - they share the blame by re-electing Bush.

Stop blaming the underlings and put the blame where it belongs - on the big guy making the decisions.

Condoleeza Rice is a social conservative, much like yourself. If I were to list the top 100 prominent feminists in America, she wouldn't be among them.

Isn't embarrassing as a man, hypothetically, to still be blaming everything on "mommy" at your age?
