I had an transvaginal ultrasound, due to pain in my left ovary. They found three cysts and two masses also found shadowing in my uterus.

There are lots of common possabilities it could be. Since they found cysts already, and they seem to think these masses aren't the same, then it's possible they are tumors of some sort (don't panic, if it is that they're rarely anything detrimental). These masses could also be blood or puss filled, which is becoming more common nowadays. It's also possable that they could be scar tissue that has built up over time, on the outside of your ovaries. Your doctor will recommend a proper course of action. It could be any number of things.

It could be nothing more than fluid filled sacks. Follow your doctors instructions and you should be fine. Keep positive !
