In this sentence should master's be capitalized?

My master's degree is a two-year program.

all caps, if it were a formal term specific to a field of study, in which case the field of study is part of the name, e.g., Masters in Public Administration.

According to the Free Dictionary, the American Heritage Dictionary, Wikipedia, and the AP style book, it is lower case: master's degree.
