I have to presume you mean physical chronicity. The usual problem is the inability to assimilate sufficient protein into the system.. But, other things need to be ruled out first. Metabolic problem, thyroid..etc.

If it comes down to poor protein assimilation,(which has no medical tests to determine) I have attended some who have had the condition for as long as 15 years.. losing a major portion of their life to fatigue. and this while being under medical care.

Should this be your problem, there are things you can do, to assist in overcoming it. Like including papaya or papaya tablets with meals. Find some good amino acid tabs which have iodine in their formulation..Double the dose for 4 days and then resume to recommended dosage.. if this is the problem, you will have a noticeable change within 4 days. Hoping this is helpful to you.

taking a vitamin B complex every morning helps. The complex helps to repel mosquitos and it also gives you energy. It really works if you take it once a day in the am. I didnt take them for about a week when I went to the beach and i forgot them and I was sooo tired sometimes. It might take a few days to swing into effect but you should be able to notice a difference. Oh yeah it will also make your urine very very yellow after you take it.

First...see if you are a diabetic.
Eat a balanced diet...overloading on carbs can make you very tired. If you have the means, go see a nutritionist.
