There is one in the Good Skin skincare line at Kohl's that I love! Its called Instant Lightening Eye Cream Really awesome!

Aveeno makes an eye cream that is really good. Try that. And if you are on antidepressants don't use Preparation H...its actually on the tube as a warning.

This isn't a cream. But you can use cucumber slices!!!!

See if you can find a book on old fold doctor healings. i can't remember the one my mom had. But go to a natiral food store if there is one near you. Or it maybe online now. Look on ASK.COM

I have found nothing you can do about dark circles....Eye creams for puffiness is sliced cucumbers, soak tea bags, and cold compresses on your eyes....

Preparation-H...seriously. It's for hemorhoids, but it's supposed to be the best thing for puffiness and under-eye circles.
