There are a lot of things this country does that is illegal and not constitutional. It is true That is way I asked the question about the different spellings of America .In 1913 they slid the Federal reserve and the IRS into the country and the vote has never been ratified or is it legal. There is a lot of information about this on the web. Also how is it they can come to your home armed with out a warrant or police with them and thrash your home or make a arrest they have no legal authority to do either but they get away with it .The Federal reserve and the IRS are not Goverment agencys or are there headquaters in America but in Porto Rico and they work for the queen of England

That's definitely the case. Wages by definition are not the same as income from a legal standpoint. HOWEVER, if you make that argument to the IRS as reason for not paying income taxes on your wages, you have an almost 100% chance of being thrown in federal prison if you do not reverse your decision and make arrangements to pay them with penalties.

Knowing the law's technicalities and definitions will not keep the IRS from forcing their version of reality upon you. They have the power, regardless of what is correct, regardless of what you know as truth.

The income tax was started to pay for World War I.

I think that pretty much sums up the validity of the whole mess.

argue it with the supreme court darling and IRS.....you will lose.....you are taxed on your profits from working....that is your wage.

If you don't like it I suggest you start your own hospital, ambulance service, fire dept, police dept, county and state jail.....though a guillotine and cemetary will probably suffice. Oh and don't forget the road crews....a few months with out regular maintenance and the highway will go to hell.

Shall I go on dear?
