help with playstation NBA 2k7 starting game problem online ?

everytime me or an opponent tries to connect and start a game, it won't start up, and the "refer to online faq on 2ksports website" messege appears. does anyone know how to fix this? or is it a server problem?

thats why you stick with the crappy nba live 07, at least it's stable and there's ESPN updates in the future
