Honestly educate her on the affects of drugs and the dangerous side-effects and the damage that they can do to you, also support your lecture with evidence.
But I dont think your kid will be doing drugs just cause she knows what they are.

there a a lot of web pages about this and shows about meth let them see what it really is not just words the graphic pictures and fear is not always a bad thing

spend time with your kid as much as possible better yet get her homeschooled and allow her to hang out with kids that u know are ok for her to hangout with AND TALK TO THE PRINCIPAL AND HAVE I BROUGHT UP AT A SCHOOL BOARD MEETING SO OTHER PARENTS DONT HAVE THIS PROBLEM AND IT CAN BE DEALT WITH ASAP

take her to a tour of the homeless and drug addicts, see how they act, live in corners and boxes. and tell her this is what drugs do to a person......you might find some online sites that might help

gymnastics? tell her things that make her desire your friendship more than anything in the world, spoils her enough to get control and never let go. she will worship you, we all had to percieve greatness in others first in order to understand the help in our own desires

get her hooked on something good. like reading, fishing, sports... anything that is positive.
