No you have two ovaries both capable of delivering eggs. Besides if the cyst is treated it should resolve itself well. There is no reason to presume that there is a blockage in your Fallopian tube

No, there have even been a lot of women who get ovarian cyst's during pregnancy, it is a common occurence and usually goes away on its own. Nothing to worry about.

No. I've had them, and never had trouble conceiving! You may want to go to your gynecologist. They can drain them so they aren't so painful...and sometimes they really are.
Ovarian cysts are actually very common. Most women experience them at some point in their lives.

No,my sister inlaw had two kids with cyst oh her ovaries.Had surgery on them when her youngest was 2.

Not 100% sure but I have had ALOT of them and some of the bust and had to go to the ER and they never mentioned it! I hope not. Good Luck

NO, I had 3 and they all burst and I am 24 weeks pregnant right now. Don't worry you will be fine.

It can, but rarely does. It can make it more difficult to conceive, but I get them and I had no problem getting pregnant.

Both my best friend and I have had one before, and we both have babies. Both of us got pregnant the first month we tried too.
