No one can own 'Gaia', we are the ones who have decided to 'cut' up little 'squares' one for this person and one for that person.
The Indians are One with the land. They for one, know no one can ever own what the Great Spirit provides.

From this point then....we have pushed and pushed to cut up more land...not much left to cut up...they want the land to remain spiritually free...they know that the land symbolises freedom for all.....if they had to stand up to meet white man at his own game, then fear provided the 'space' to do it in.....we are just seeing the end result of this. Now the present generation fears the same as white man.

All indiginous peoples of our earth know that the planet can not be owned, or designed to our personal wants.

Thats where natural forces and elements come in to it ...and no man has any say in this whatsoever, as they already had one the day they created their own little realities within their realities.

Does this fight for land effect us personally..?.(Harrietts looking into her backyard) no it does not and never will unless I 'think' it will and make it 'so'.

Every country has taken...time to give back...to all on earth. Or it will be done for us........hmmmm?

ok i am native and i do not agree with the dispute in caledonia, i live in a city if I smashed a cops window or squatted on land i would be arrested.
they are getting away with breaking the laws and yet the want canadian tax payers dollars, my grandfather stated being native is not about the land but the community.
Due to the bull of oka and ipperwash is why trying to handle this is passive if equality is what they want you have to also repect others they have violated a few traditional hertiage idealisms with anger threats and greed. A wise native once said, take the land but you can never take away the spirit.
it is mostly greed what happens when it is found that the land was sold by the tribe 200 years ago. And that they were here first was asians not natives. migration, a native cheif once said who would you rather have here first the whites or the spanish?

Yes, of course the Native Indians should be treated as special coz they are the original inhabitants of Canada and Canada originally belonged to them and nobody else should be treated at par with them. As a matter of fact, Indians have not been given equal rights and opportunities by this bias-Canadian Govt. They are so naive that they are still treated as outsiders like any other new immigrants in their own land. They should come as ONE against all these filthy politics of whites in the Parliament and claim every rights penny by penny.

No they don't always get treated different. They don't kick up a fuss if someone is killed or hurt on their land disputes. They hold it agains the government forever until the gov't pays out.
