I've requested logs from the host of an email server before, however i received no reply :P You can try contacting them to see if they might help you out this way.

Yahoo Mail seems to be having quikey problems show up. One posted in the Yahoo Mail category says she gets emails sent to others as long as the first three letters of the address matches the first three of hers.

You could have someone getting access to your email account. Do you sign out of your account when finished using it? This will help stop others from access your account on the server.

Using strong passwords will help to stop hackers. A password of, at least, 8 characters and random Letters, Numbers and Symbols make it very difficult for hackers.

Never use a single password for everything. I know this is the easy way for you, but, it is also the easy way for a hacker. Your Windows log on, email, messenger and everything should have a different password.

I do use the same password for web sites in a certain category. For instance, I have three Daily Newspaper sites I read. I use the same password for all three sites. I have a few Crossword Puzzle sites I visit and work. I use the same password for these sites. If a hacker wants to read the paper or work Crosswords then great. It might improve him.

I use KeePass Password Safe to store all my usernames and passwords. This way I only need to remember a couple of passwords. My Windows log in and the Master to KeePass. I also use a password generator to make random passwords.

lol, this is weird.

Well you can check the IP addresses and verify them by going to the site dnsstuff.com. put in the IP and you'll get the detail. But the issue still persists on how can you get the IP.

You might've shared your password with someone. Or its a password theft issue or you must've read all those and u might've forgot that u've read'em.
