I am pregnant with my first baby, I am due in 2 weeks. I plan on breastfeeding my baby but once I am done I wanted to get a boob job. Nothing to make them bigger because they are big enough, just to make them stay perky and not sag after having a baby. I do want to have another baby in about 2 years or so, If possible..lol that is how my husband and I want to space it out. I plan on breastfeeding that baby as well. My question is, can you breastfeed after having a breast lift? I havent looked into it yet because I have a while but I was wondering if anyone knows or possibly done it before and to see if it works out or not. Thanks for your help!

Yes, you can breastfeed, even if you have breast implants.

The ducts that carry the milk are right under the skin, not in the actually fatty part of your breasts. Removing the fatty part doesn't affect your ability to produce milk. So when you get pregnant a second time, they'll actually get even bigger.

Hope that helped!

If you find any info on breast lifts, PLEASE write back on here; I could use one too. I have three boys, all breast-fed, I started off with a B cup, and now I'm a D cup, all home grown.

Wait until all of your children are born, then go and have a breast lift. It would make more sense to do that after. In the meantime, you could be saving up for it, as it will be uber-expensive.

if i were you i would wait until you are done having children, because with each pregnancy your body changes. you might spend a lot of money on a boob job, then go through another pregnancy and they would get saggy again. better to wait until youre done with all the pregnancies! and i've heard different opinions as to whether or not you can breast feed after a boob job.

Yes, you can nurse after having a breast lift, and having implants too. I'd personally wait until I was done having kids though, because your breasts can sag even after having them done.
