I work in a medical office, which see's patients from 0 to 100 in age. We have an annual pumpkin painting contest each year, and the patients love it, they get to vote on their favorite. The rules are, we can not carve or cut into the pumpkins, no lights or sharp objects, and they need to be in good taste. I need some ideas!!!

Do a cartoon characters face. Did this one year for a contest at our bank and won $50.

What state to you live in? If you have a wining sports team paint that or Paint a angel,a ghost or if your real good draw a nurse on it. My aunt sells painted pumpkins. Its really a good idea!
