Milk always curdles in your stomach. You have acids in your stomach that react withthe milk. This is true whether you are pregnant or not, or whether the milk is cold or warm. You don't have to drink milk if it disagrees with you. You can get the nutrients in milk from other dairy products (cheese, yogurt, etc.) or from other foods and your prenatal vitamins.

I'm drinking a warm glass of milk right now :) I'm so happy about it too, because prior to this pregnancy I couldn't stomach milk (lactose intolerance) but I seem to be able to drink it now :) Sometimes it's one of the only things I can keep down.

Oh yeah, it's recommended you drink milk for the calcium for the baby. Why would warm milk be any different? I think it would help you sleep.

I wouldn't drink it straight from the cow (never drink milk that isn't pasturized), but if you wanted to warm it to help you sleep it would probably be okay. Drink it right away, though, don't let it sit out.

Of course, milk, even warm milk (as long as it's not sour) is good for you and your baby.

Drink it up!!!!!!!
I didnt get enough calcium with my kids and the baby took from me and now I have lasting bad effects from it.

Besides it also has a calming effect which can never hurt.

Good luck
