what water parameters should i use and how many male/females to get?

The one inch of fish rule is just a general rule, really only applied towards community type fish. I would get 1 more female guppy, not a male because they'll both harass the heck out of her. The danios get up to 3 inches, and they should be in a school of at least 3, it'll be pushing it though. If you have a decent filter on the tank, and be good about doing weekly 10-15% water changes, should be ok.

But, what you have to remember, your guppies are more than likely going to breed-repeatedly, what are you going to do with the babies? You're tank will end up way overstocked.

The usual rule is 1 inch of fish for each gallon of water. Figure 9 gallons if you have gravel, ornaments, filter, etc. taking up some of that 10 gallon space. For a balanced looking aquarium try to get 1 or 2 small fish for each level of the tank. A very small catfish or loach for the bottom, a trio of guppies for the middle and a couple of neon tetras or some type of tiny danios for the top should have it looking lively without too much crowding.
