That doesn't respond on bootup i have a pentium 3 MB +cpu i would like to put in to test but am not sure if the power supply of the pentium 2 will power the pentium 3MB +cpu? The server is a Procom 28 scsi cd-rom server? it powers 28 scsi cd-rom + 4 large fans to cool unit down as well as a harddrive, floppy drive? Any Help Would be Greatly appreciated..?

Maybe this info will be helpful. Intel took their P2 chips and revamped them to turn them into P3 chips. Basically, a P3 IS a P2 only able to handle higher ghz. The power difference is 'probally' minimal. good luck :-)
