Because the movie is clearly fake, we feel free to let our emotions go! In any fictional situation we know it's not real so our response isn't going to judged. In real life situations we often try to 'control' our emotions so we can stay in control of our real ife situations. Most of want to feel we have a little control over our life so we often display this by controlling our emotions. The fake stuff gives us an outlet for the emotions we spend so much time supressing. :)

No, your no longer the in difficulty-free words one. i'm getting emotionally connected to wrestlers or perhaps if or not they prefer to admit it or no longer, so do maximum wrestling followers. even notwithstanding I somewhat were staring at in difficulty-free words when you consider that i replaced into 7, which replaced into December 2003 and that doesn't seem lengthy compared to how lengthy you've been staring at yet at the same time as part is injured or takes a hiatus, it sucks. very last summer season at the same time as part were given despatched to "hell" and took a three month hiatus, i replaced into mad because without part, SmackDown wasn't exciting. because those 3 months it replaced right into a similar element a week on SmackDown. WWE Champion Triple H will come out and communicate about how Jeff Hardy comes so on the point of being champion, then they are going to initiate to brawl and then on the PPV Triple H beats Jeff.i replaced into so bored with SmackDown which made part's go back at Survivor sequence make me sense like "Oh Boy SmackDown's getting exciting!". So i comprehend how you sense.

Real life is just as emotional....it just depends on who is in the particular situation. You may not have been through anything very emotional, but many ppl have. Watching a movie, and actually living it are two different things.

when your trying to get the same attention as a 20million dollar movie you may have no chance at all, so try to see that the script is selected on the bases of it worth the characters are paid enormous sums to do what it takes to get your adrenilin going the leading lady bends over to reveal her best qualities, break down all the millions of dollars worth of proven little things that add up and you can see it is classy, not just a ham sandwich and the corner with the last red head before the interstate,

My emotions come into play daily. I get emotional when a story parallels life experience. Wrestling is a obscure example
(to me), unless you are implying that you enjoy the aggression or the mayhem. Then it is a socially acceptable release for you.

Because in a movie not only do you see the ending but you see all the events that lead up to it. Unfortunately, in real life you only hear what happened to someone. You do not get to know them, their family or their personal life. These unknown factors make real life seam unreal and unattached.

My view is that we actually become 'one' with the movie so it seems it is actually happening to 'ourselves'.
One would like to think their life is not as dramatic as a movie, however, it is fast paced watching a dramatic movie be it horror, or the chasing game or tears of sad or happiness. Our life is not as fast as that played out in two hours.......thank heavens for that lol!!!
So it is to say then, we experience a cannon ball in 'one hit' rather than played out over a period of time , say a day or week in our life.

Fact is, real life does sometimes get me as emotional as a movie. Sure I sometimes grieve for imaginary charcters in fictional films, but I hav grieved hard for real people, and animals too, and I think more so. So basically, I think your assumption is an incorrect one.

Do you not think that the people that stage these things know how to get that emotional reaction out of us? Their livelihood depends on it. Why would we attend any of these events if our emotions could not be piqued by them?

Who says it doesn't? There is so much tragedy in this world today and so many injustices.
I don't think of pro wrestling as emotional, but I guess you have to be a fan.
