18 = 81 = 9^2
46 = 64 = 8^2
94 = 49 = 7^2
63 = 36 = 6^2
52 = 25 = 5^2
61 = 16 = 4^2
90 = 09 = 3^2
40 = 04 = 2^2
10 = 01 = 1^2

The next terms are 90, 40, and 10

It is either 9 or 90, depending on the rule. They are perfect square numbers with their digits reversed starting with 9^2 and working backwards. If the rule is it must be a 2 digit number use 90.
