They are very loud & wasted. I have to keep turning up the volume on my TV and I don't own any weaponry. Help.

Oh, and complaints don't do anything.. I've tried. I am thinking I will need to buy some rat poison.

I would recommend going over with more alcohol and then when they are not looking pour some eye solution in their drink. They will have the chits for a week! That should buy you at least a couple of days of peace!!
PS. They're Black and Mexican, aren't they?

1. If you live in a rental place, find out what the policy is cause you may be able to report them (and get them evicted after a couple times)
2. Report to the police.
3. Give them more booze - they're bound to pass out eventually.
4. I know someone who used to shut off their neighbor's electricity when they'd get rowdy. They'd usually just go to bed.

Have you considered discussing the matter with them. Most likely they are not aware that their behaviour is disturbing your peace. Some people have different ideas for having fun. Just bring it to their attention & good luck.

Call the police and report loud and drunken behavior. It is "disturbing the peace", and against the law in most places.

the only way to stop them it by calling the police and getting them arrested but if that doesnt work youll just have to kill them.

there is a drug tha if you take it you cant drink any booze. the yuse it for addicts. give that to them. or can the police. if they get more public compants they get fined.,
