Yes they are compatible, and by the way that is about the best price you can get for that RAM, despite what the other guy says. I would personally recommend you bump up the speed on the RAM a little, it probably won't cost you that much, but yes those two are compatible.

you hav to look at what kind of memory type it takes up, it could be many kinds, best is to ask the seller what kind of memory it takes up. could be ddr or sdram, many kinds.
