First, tell him to begin keeping a daily journal. Cut out the title of a lead story from the local newspaper each day to show that he's current on the entries. Write down everything. Over 60% of fathers seeking custody will be accused of child sexual abuse, so be prepared. Over 95% of the allegations are shown to be false. I wish there was something to do about attorneys that encourage women to make these allegations.

Check the link below to see if you are in a state that allows, or does not have laws against, audio and/or video taping any contact he has with the mother.

On the second link, he will find a manual in the files section that will be of use to him. No charge, no strings, but if you are a female dating or sleeping with him, stop now. He needs to keep his head on the right path, and he needs to be a good example for the children. Make sure he reads it completely and follows the instructions. Tell him to also get into counseling for depression. This doe snot mean he is depressed, but it runs very high in men going through divorces. They commit suicide 6 times more often then women.

It can happen and I am proof of that. Expect an uphill battle since the courts are so pro-woman. A man will have to have 1000x the proof of neglect that a woman would need to have the kids taken from him. Start documenting everything. The BEST thing I ever did was start taking the kids to a psychologist every couple of weeks and letting her talk with the kids to document what was being said/happening. The mother didn't know about this and it helped a huge amount in the end. It did take a few years so be prepared for that.

of course it is possible, i have full custody of my daughter, she is 6 now, she was 3 when i won custody, it can happen, all he has to do is prove to the court that she is unstable and does not have a good bond with her children, he can use her ex husband and his kids as an example of her personality of abandonment and stuff

Sure its possiable. He will probably have to put up a fight but if the judge sees hes a good father and the mother isnt there for the kids im sure it will work out for the best.
