First thing you have to know is TV is all about ratings. It doesn't matter if it is real. It needs to be weird enough so you will watch it. A funny little black man and a freaky drunken Amazon woman and the possibility of weird sex will get your attention. You'll watch the show and the commercials and you will buy the product.

I think it was real. They are some real sickos so its no telling. Plus ya know I think the whole flavor of love thing was a fluke but boy was it entertaining, haha.
