It will be located on either the front left or right of the engine. Down low on the side. Most cars these days have brackets in the way. So if you are not mechanically inclined, take it to a mechanic.
You will need to check and see which items are in the way. You will likely have to remove things like the alternator or steering pump. The fuel pump itself is easy to remove after the other stuff is out of the way. You will have to remove two hoses. One to the pump, one out of the pump. These may be held on by nuts or maybe hoses. Take them off. Now you will have to remove the two bolts holding the pump to the block. Take them out and the pump will come off. You may need to tap it with a hammer to knock it loose. Now, scrape all of the old gasket off. Put some gasket glue on the new gasket and the block. Look up inside if you can. If not feel up inside. If you feel a rod blocking the entrance of the pump opening, then you will have push it up out of the way while you quickly slip the new pump into the hole. If the rod will not move enough to allow you to inset the new pump, you will have to turn the engine a bit to allow the rod to move up a bit more. Bump it over a bit with the ignition key. You may have to do this more than once. After you get the pump back in, tighten up the bolts and put hoses on, then re-assemble the rest of it.
Good luck!.
