Without any infection shown, fever just pop ups. She will still play if her fever drops and complains headache when its goes up again. Doctor said as long as she's active then is alright. But i'm worry coz no matter what high fever will damage the brain. :(

Maybe its viral attack, and there are thousands of viruses around, so maybe initially she'll get some fever but her body is strong enough to fight it, that's why the fever subsides later and she is active. Just make sure you monitor that few days will cooling tea, more fluid, observe for any vomitting.

Doctors always advise if the kid is active, he shud be fine, But as parents we are always worried, try go for a second opinion if you are still worrying.

Children can have a higher temperature than adults without any harm to them. A temp of 103F is not uncommon, but if it is higher than that I'd have blood cultures done and let them wait about 10 days to see if any infection occurs in the cultures.
I get infections in my legs and am on a preventive dose of antibiotics for it. As an adult when I get to 105F they put me in the hospital for 3 to 5 days and give me IV antibiotics.

I think it is better to get another doctor to give a check on your daughter.
