I wasn't going to answer, I couldn't really pin one down and then I saw JustMaz's answer and I so totally agree. The theme from Cheers ranks right up there with Mary Tyler Moore and I Love Lucy.

Well for T.V. shows, I'd say Scrubs or Friends, both are good. And for movies I'd say that the Austin Powers one is pretty good
