Second I would get rid of Coachman because he gets so annoying
Third I'll bring back some of the old-school wrestlers
Fourth I would make the show longer and earlier so everyone could see it

I would make HUGE changes cause the WWE right now is like a broken record with the same old, same old, same old story lines. Also to whoever said "If it ain't broke don't fix it? well whoever you are you must not have been watching the WWE for that long cause truse me its broken and sure as hell needs fixing.

1. Better women's division. Eather get more female talent that actually knoes how to wrestle or just scrap the division all together if this is the best it's gonne be. Which isn't good.

2. Bring back the Light Heavyweight Title, hardcore, and Europiean title belts.

3. make the tag team division more featured. Espically on the Raw brand

4. FIRE Spirit Squad or make them change their gimmick since its sooooo lame and rather gay.

5. End this retarded Roster Split. You would get wayyyy better match-up's that way if the split was ended and it went back to the way it use to be sothat would amke things 100% more entertaining.

6. Stop letting talent slip away for dumb reasons. Most ofthe WWE talent has slipped to TNA which is only making them stronger so thats not a good sign for the WWE.

7. Better Storyline Writers. Whoever they got now suck!

8. Resign Austin, Jericho, Goldberg, Brock Lesner and definatly some more Luchadors and Japanese wrestlers for the Crueser Weight Title and Light Heavyweight (if i had it my way)

9. Go back to the WWF and tell those nature loving loosers to change THEIR name to something else. its not hard to tell the two WWF's apart when you run a search but the WWF (animal version) were to dumb to understand that

10. Rather than a once in a while thing make the WWE more fan interactive. Let the fans have more freedom of match types and who is in them and such. So definatly more fan interative.

Thats how the company would be run if i owned the company ^_^

1. Fire the writers that WWE has now.
2. Hire some ppl who have knowledge of the business to be writers. No soap opera writers either.
3. Make the product edgier and give the wrestlers the ability to write their own promos(remember any of The Rock's famous promos).
4. Bring back all the banned moves that Vince banned from WWE( let the cruiserweights give the x-division a run for it's money).
5. Give the belts to the deserving so as to bring back prestige to the titles.
6. Leave the Roster Split and make each show unique. Raw be flagship, Smackdown the land of the legends, ECW the land of the extreme and new talent(give 2 hr slot).
7. Change the appearance of each title(look at what it did for the WWE championship once they put a spinner on it and don't put a spinner on every title either).
8. Leave the booking to the GMs and give the position to deserving ppl( RAW- Bischoff, Smackdown- Rhodes, ECW- Heyman).
9. Bring in some new talent(like how CM Punk was brought in).
10. Lastly change the appearance of each show not drastically but some change is well accepted.

First off I would make a lot of cuts. Personally I am sick of the ECW B.S. so I would lay off quite a few wrestlers and then get rid of the ECW extention all together.
Next I would wipe the slates clean on both brands and completely redraft the rosters. There is potential for some great fueds within the company but it can't happen because of the split (Batista vs. Cena, Kennedy vs. Orton, HHH vs. Benoit, Michaels vs. Booker, CM Punk vs. Edge, RVD vs. Jeff Hardy, etc.). Plus this would just give room for all new story lines to be done since the story lines right now are the same over and over.
Then, and this may be a stretch, I would strip the two major championships. Y? Because one of the best ways to draw ratings is having long series of episodes where you dont want to miss one or else you might not understand it later. I would strip the two titles and then throw a tournament for each. This would also be a great way for the WWE to jump into their new fueds and storylines.

First I would get rid of those 5 idiot spirt jerks, then I would give Edge a passifier because he is such a cry baby. He used to be very good. I would bring back stone cold and the rock, bring back some of the better wrestlers that are not on anymore. Make it 3 hours long, Get rid of Coachman and make DX the GM.

I'd do EVERYTHING I could to change it back to WWF. Maybe call it The WWF, to disambiguate it from World Wildlife Fund. I'd also give total creative control of ECW to Paul Heyman, not some fluffed version of the brand! Find some actual talent for the Smackdown brand, and I'd watch my back for TNA.
