At the begining of the game - whoever wins the coin toss can decide to kick or to recieve and at second half the recieving team in first half will kick in the second...make sense!

That is decided at the coin toss before the opening kickoff. A team can choose to kick, receive, choose a goal to defend, or defer their choice to the second half. Whichever choice is used to give one team the ball to start the game will be inverted to give the other team the ball at the beginning of the second half, so it would behoove a team NOT to choose a goal to defend to begin the game, for it would be possible for the other team to defer their option to the second half, upon which it would take the ball in most chances, which in turn would make it possible, but not probable that a team could get the ball to start BOTH halves!

Doesn't the team that lost the coin toss at the start automatically receive to begin the second half?
