Make the plant move by placing the plant in a room with no windows or windows covered up. Place a lamp with a mask on it so that the light allowed out is only a small area allowed to shine out. Every hour move the light further and further to another location, that is to say that the light shines down on a 10 o'clock position and an hour later it is at the 11 o'clock position then at the 12 o'clock position and so on. This will cause the plant to "lean" to stay under the light. The light should not be close enough to feel the heat from it but should be the only light source in the room for 6 to 8 hours. Set up a camera on a tripod that has a point of reference behind the plant and never move the camera until the expirement is concluded. Snap a photo every hour, then move the light, snap another photo at the end of the second hour and so on. Good luck. BTW there is a scientific name for this but i dont remember what it is. Ask again.

Take a wet sponge and place it in a jar to where it fits snug.. Plant a raw peanut or other big seed every other day for two weeks. It should produce different levels of growth.

You may also plant one seed with a lot of sun exposure and one with little sun exposure and record the differences.

Do the one where you cut a celery in half partway (or better - a white rose) and stick one half in red water and one in blue. The plant will absorb water and turn half red half blue
