My eyes are blue and kinda small to. The eyeshadow you want is a light blue on your lid, and dark blue in the crease of your lid and a very light blue at your brow. To make your eyes look bigger just put liner on the top of your lid and not the bottom.

If you have small eyes it is very important not to use eye liner on the lower lashes as this minimises them even more.

Use three tones of shadow - colour would depend on your skin tone and clothing too - not just eye colour. Which ever colour you use put the base tone or lightest colour from the crease in your eye to the brow, then the mid tone or next darkest colour on the lid from the inner corner (closest to the nose) to 2/3 way across then the darkest on the outer 1/3 of the lid then blend all with soft brush so you dont see any sharp edges.

Use metalic shadows if you have them and a solid eyeliner - nothing too washed out. Mascara finishes it off - 2 light coats to make sure no clumps but plenty of volume,

I have small blue eyes. I like to line mine thinly with black eyeliner. Then, I put a light colored gel eyeshadow on... just a tiny bit. Then, I put a dark colored powder shadow on top of that. Sometimes I go back over the top lid with eyeliner, it just depends because I like the look the shadow over it gives. After that, I use black mascara and make my lashes reallllly huge.... and with massive curl.

I think it looks good. But, depending on your skin tone/hair color, black may be too harsh, in which case a chocolatey brown looks just a fabulous.

Try colors in the gray family. Charcoals, deep slates, silvers. Line the eyes heavily and smudge out for a striking effect. You could even play your eyes up even more using violets and purples as well. Go heavy on the mascara and don't forget to use a great eyebrow pencil.

try Bare Minerals make up. i love it and love it ! it is so good!they have like a gazillion shades and for you i woul dgo with a copper shade for the eyeliner and a trio of shadows:a nude color on the whole lid, a chocolate/espresso one on your eyelid an dthen top it off with a grey shade. if Bare minerals is to expensive try Forever 21 since their shadows are like $5 a quad of 4 or 3! my other choice would be to buy Almay coordinating make up for blue eyes and mix it with one for brown eyes: that way you look good and dramatic!oh yeah, try a simple gloss and a bronzer on your cheeks!have fun and good luck!

FOR BLUE EYES a million. tried and actual: taupe, gray, violet, crimson, deep blue (a darker shade than your eye shade makes your eyes quite blue), black (blend it with vibrant blue for a smoky effect) 2. Funky Favorites: silver, turquoise, fuschia (brightens any shade of blue) eco-friendly or HAZEL EYES a million. tried and actual: brown, apricot, crimson, plum, deep khaki or wooded area eco-friendly (because of the fact they are in a similar greenish family contributors, they brighten eco-friendly eyes) 2. Funky Favorites: gold, lime-eco-friendly, quite mild eco-friendly, vibrant crimson (great contemporary)
