Assuming you ae talking about a GOLF ball,
the answer is NO.

At most the Inside Diameter (I.D.) of the Garden Hose is no larger than 3/4". Even a larger hose fitted with an adapter would be limited to no larger than 3/4" due to the fitting size.

Therefore a GOLF ball which has a diameter larger than 3/4" will not fit.

Additionally the suction action on a non supported hose like a garden hose would collapse under any significant negative pressure (suction).

I don't think so? a golfball is larger around then the mouth of a hose isn't it?
