Assuming you ae talking about a GOLF ball,
the answer is NO.
At most the Inside Diameter (I.D.) of the Garden Hose is no larger than 3/4". Even a larger hose fitted with an adapter would be limited to no larger than 3/4" due to the fitting size.
Therefore a GOLF ball which has a diameter larger than 3/4" will not fit.
Additionally the suction action on a non supported hose like a garden hose would collapse under any significant negative pressure (suction).
