starving is the answer. just starving. then you need sleeping pills to sleep 'cause you're so hungry. i hate it. some people are born to be fat. i'm one of them.

For the record, they are not healthy.
Anyone who is that thin is depriving the body of needed nutrition.

You want to see healthy?
Look at world class gymnasts, they have to eat right to maintain the strength they need to compete.
Do they look like scarecrows? NO!

Just avoiding soda pop and fatty foods will help and all you need to do for excercise is skip the elevator. Park way out when you go shopping so you are walking further. Find a safe place to walk and just walk for 30 minutes three times a week and you will speed up your metabolism. A treadmill at home is good if you don't get bored with it. My sister has a television in front of her treadmill. She walks for two of her sit coms and that gives her a whole hour but since she is being slightly entertained it doesn't seem so long.
She eats healthy foods and wears a size 8 dress.

Hope that helps.

My guess is that they eat very little food. And what they do eat is probably non caloric. Salads, fruits. Rabbit food if they do eat at all. Then they work out like maniacs pushing what little bit of calories they've taken in during the day out in sweat. They probably rely on appetite supressants as well. So...when they're interviewed by reporters as to how they lost weight so quickly they can say "I don't have bullemia. I just exercise and eat healthily." That way they're dodging the ever popular "Do you have bullemia?" question that so many morbidly thin celebrities get asked. Extremely unhealthy way of losing weight. And they look horrible.

yeah they do starve even though it hurts or they take pills. But if you are trying to loose weight the best thing to do is eat right and write down all your carbs in a little book because you only want so many and exercise a lot.

im sure your gorgeous the way you are. anorexia/bulimia looks gross, so dont ever try it (not that you would). usually, people just starve, no matter how much it hurts, because twisted people think that being bony looks good.
